| How is MIVNET different from other public room providers? MIVNET is a Not For Profit Florida based corporation. All independently owned MIVNET members provide upscale business class videoconferencing facilities at affordable prices. MIVNET affiliates do not represent brokered or third party relationships. The MIVNET advantage is clear, deal direct with the private room operator and save. |

| Public Room Rates & Billing MIVNET is the only videoconference network that offers a set pricing schedule for all facilities in its network. United States rates start at $175.00 per hour during regular business hours. Rates are higher for after-hours, weekends and holidays. International rates are $225.00 per hour during regular business hours. Rates are higher for after-hours, weekends and holidays. Billing is charged with a one hour minimum and in 15 minute increments after the first hour. |

| Scheduling & Cancellation Fees MIVNET members do not charge scheduling fees when setting up a videoconference; however, cancellation fees can apply to your conference according to the following schedule: < 24 business hours - 100% of reserved charges, 24-48 business hours - 50% of reserved charges, 48-72 business hours - Discretionary (Contact Affiliate) |

| Other Services Many MIVNET affiliates provide others services to their clients including bridging services, equipment sales and mobile events. Many affiliates are court reporting firms that provide a full range of litigation support services |
